Where does Waystead Supply Co. ship from?
We work with a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers, both domestic and international. Depending on the product, your order may ship from within the United States or from our international partners.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary based on the product and shipping location. Most U.S.-based items arrive within 5–10 business days. Some specialized items may take 2–4 weeks if shipping from abroad. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
To get your gear to you faster, we ship items separately if they come from different suppliers. Don’t worry—any remaining items are still on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Some items may qualify for free shipping, but not all. Heavier or oversized items—especially those related to van build-outs or homesteading—may carry additional freight charges. Any applicable shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us to initiate a return—unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return cost. Contact us with photos and order details so we can make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you need a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
How do I track my order?
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received a tracking email after 5 business days, reach out to us.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories due to supplier limitations.
